Fitness Boot Camp Class

Are you ready to train with the tribe? Our new 45 minute blast class is geared for athletes of all levels who want to lose weight, improve endurance and perform strength training for bone density & health. This class will be headed by Coach Ericka Cline and promises to make you sweat! It will be a 45 minute HIIT boot camp that is CO-ED! If your goals are to lose weight, improve your cardiovascular endurance, increase your metabolism and do moderate strength training for bone density and muscle tone… THIS IS FOR YOU!!!
