Our free intro classes are offered 6 days a week anyone can come to try us out. This class includes a dynamic warm up, explanation of the movements, practice of the movements, the workout of the day (WOD), and a pricing option breakdown. Only one free intro class allowed per person. This class is 50-60 minutes long.
Our CrossFit classes are scaled and modified for all fitness levels. If you have an injury or a physical limitation our Certified CrossFit Coaches will substitute and/or modify the workout accordingly for you.
Cardio, conditioning & core workouts designed for fat loss. Classes consist of total body conditioning with an emphasis on body transformation. All fitness levels are welcomed and first class is free!
If you would prefer 1 on 1 CrossFit Coaching or you would like some individual attention to work on technique, we offer 1 on 1 CrossFit Training Sessions. If there are particular movements you struggle with or would like a more customized Workout of the Day, our Certified CrossFit Coaches will work with you privately. Each session is 30 minutes long.
CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it’s CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (nuerological, cognitive, motor).
